Welcome to your 'Cox & Kings Eastern Escapades' tour. On arrival in Prague clear immigration and customs and proceed to the hotel on your own to check in. (check in after 1400 hrs). Late evening assemble in the lobby at 1930 hrs. Meet your Tour Manager and fellow guests and get information on the next day’s program. Prague has endless antique historic sights and magnificent beauty to behold with a somewhat magical atmosphere. It is one of the European cities most tourists dream of visiting. • Guided Highlight City Tour of Prague
Enjoy a guided highlight city tour of prague. Commence your exploration of this city with the imposing Prague Castle. Admire the grandeur of this Royal Castle; you will also be impressed by the elegance of the gothic St. Vitus Cathedral. Next visit the Royal Palace that used to be the seat of the Bohemian princes. Get acquainted with Prague’s major sights like the picturesque Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square. After your visit to Prague Castle and continuing to the Old town finish your tour at the square with the famous Astronomical Clock. Bohemian Crystal is world famous and uses traditional techniques for decoration. Time for a spot of shopping. After dinner, return to your hotel.

Onto Berlin

Today onto Berlin. En route enjoy a guided highlight city tour of Dresden. This reconstructed city has much to offer having been severely bombed in World War ll. Explore the old and the new Town across the River Elba, the Opera House, the fountains of the Zwinger. Continue your drive to Berlin It is one of the most beautifully preserved cities. After dinner, check into your hotel.

• Guided Panoramic Highlight City Tour Of Berlin
The capital of Germany waits to be discovered. Enjoy a guided panoramic highlight tour of the glories of the city. Stop in Pariser Platz for a photo stop at the Brandenburg Gate. Unter den Linden, the Reichstag, Alexander Platz and the Berlin Wall (photo stop) are some of the other places you will drive by. Proceed to Potsdam for a guided tour of Sanssouci Palace and gardens. Experience the Potsdam’s park, palaces and historical city quarters. Return to the city at the end of this tour and enjoy some free time to explore the area on your own, browse and absorb the flavor of the city. After dinner, return to your hotel.

Today you will have a long relaxed drive to Warsaw across the central plains. Head East and enjoy a comfortable drive of approximately 8 hours. After dinner, check into your hotel.

Today your guided city tour takes you to the historic centre and the Old Town. Visit the site of the Warsaw Ghetto. Then some free time to explore the city on your own before you leave for the medieval city of Krakow. After dinner, check into your hotel.

Onto Budapest
• Guided Walking City Tour Of Krakow
Your morning commences with a guided walking city tour of the medieval Old town. Visit the Cloth hall and the Mariacki Church. See the Wawel Castle and from the Wawel hill enjoy the panoramic views of the city. After some individual exploration of the Market Square depart to the capital of Hungary, as we drive to vibrant Budapest. A gentle drive through Poland, Slovakia and the breathtaking Tatra Mountains, where peasants still live in traditional wooden houses, Budapest is a city that graces both sides of the legendary River Danube, crossed by a succession of regal bridges. Neoclassical buildings from the 19th century, grand tree-lined boulevards, neighborhoods that have beautiful winding narrow cobblestone streets from medieval times, museums, concerts and its famous cafe’s best describe the city of Budapest. Tonight after dinner return to your hotel.

Drive by the Parliament, cross the Danube to the industrial and business part of the town past the enormous Heroes Square, the beautiful Chain Bridge featured in the movie ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’ that connects the cities of Buda and Pest, the statue of St. Stephen and the seven turrets. Discover the residential area of Strahov. At night the lights on the monuments and bridges gleam in the dark like jewels. You will be taken on a guided panoramic highlight city tour of vienna, which will inspire you by its charm and astonish you by the splendorous buildings of a time that is in a way still present. Commence with a visit to the Schoenbrunn Palace a UNESCO world cultural heritage site. Enjoy a photographic opportunity as you drive and pass famous landmarks like the great State Opera House, St. Charles Church (photo stop), the Imperial Palace (Hofburg) (photo stop), the Parliament and the Town Hall offering an insight into the culture and history of the city and of the Habsburg dynasty.
